The ingredients needed to make Mango Jello Pudding:
  1. Prepare 2 cups milk
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup mango puree
  3. Get 1/2 cup condensed milk
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup sugar
  5. Prepare 1 tsp vanilla essence
  6. Take 1 tbsp agar agar powder
  7. Take Few mango chunks
  8. Take 1 tbsp tutti fruiti
  9. Get Few drops orange food colour

Instructions to make Mango Jello Pudding:
  1. In a cup take agar agar powder,add 1/2cup hot water and let it soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat milk in a pan.Boil and keep boiling till reduced to 30%.
  3. Add condenced milk,mix.Add mango puree,sugar and keep stirring till thick.Add food colour andvanilla essence.Mix well.
  4. Grease a mould. Put off the flame and let mango mixture cool.
  5. When cool add mango chunks,agar-agar,and tutti-fruitti.Mix well and transfer it to the greased mould.
  6. Keep in refrigerature for 2 hours till firm.Mango jello pudding is ready to serve.
  7. Demould and serve chilled.
