  3. Get 3/4 cup mango pulp
  4. Get Pinch yellow food colour
  5. Take 1 and 1/2 tbsp gelatin powder
  6. Make ready 1 small mango chunks

  2. Then in another bowl soak gelatin in 2-3 tbsp of water for 2 mins. Then melt the gelatin for 10-15 seconds in microwave.
  3. Then add the gelatin mixture in mango mixture.Mix well.
  4. Then add food colour and mango chunks to it. Mix well.
  5. Then chill the jelly overnight in fridge.
