The ingredients needed to make Layered Pudding:
  1. Make ready 500 ml Milk
  2. Take 200 ml Condensed milk
  3. Prepare 4 slices bread
  4. Take 2 tbsp Agar agar
  5. Take 1/2 tsp Rose Essence
  6. Make ready 2-3 drops green and Orange food colour
  7. Take as required Sprinklers and Nuts to garnish

Instructions to make Layered Pudding:
  1. Cut the edges of bread slices.
  2. In a bowl take agar agar and dilute it with milk.
  3. Now a mixer jar put roughly cut bread slices and milk.
  4. Blend it till smooth.
  5. Now add agar agar, condensed milk and essence.
  6. Blend it nicely. - Now cook on medium heat till it thickens.
  7. Now divide it into 3 parts. - In one part add orange colour and in other add green colour.
  8. Now pour it in moulds. Firstly orange then white and lastly green colour.
  9. Tap it and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hrs.
  10. Demould it and Garnish with chopped nuts. - Serve chilled.
