  1. Take 1/2 Cup Sugar (To make Caramel)
  2. Make ready 2 Large Eggs
  3. Prepare 1 Yolk of Egg
  4. Get 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  5. Take 1 can Condensed Milk
  6. Get 1.5 cup Evaporated Milk

Steps to make Caramal Egg Pudding:
  1. First take a big pot and put a wire rack in it and add some water. Turn on Medium High Flame.
  2. Let the Sugar Caramelise.
  3. While the sugar is Melting. Add two Eggs and 1 Egg Yolk in a bowl. Whisk it.
  4. Add Condensed Milk, Vanilla Essence, and Evaporated Milk. Mix it all together.
  5. Once the Sugar is Caramelised, Set it in a Container in which you will add your Pudding Mixture.
  6. Add the Pudding Mixture in a Container.
  7. Put the Container in the Pot and Cover it. Cook it for 55 minutes.
  8. After 55 minutes you'll see your Pudding has been Ready. Now put it for 15 minutes on Room Temperature.
  9. Put it for 2 hours in Refrigerator as well.
  10. After 2 hours You can Eat your Pudding.
  11. Enjoy your meal.
