Instructions to make Caramel pudding:
  1. Heat a pan,add 2 tbsp sugar.melt the sugar on low heat until brown.remove from heat.pour it into the pudding mould.Tilt it on all the sides of the mould. Keep it aside.
  2. Beat the eggs in a mixer till it's color changes, then add all the remaining ingredients and beat it again at a low speed 2 min.
  3. Pour it into the caramelised pudding mould.cover it with a lid or an aluminium foil.
  4. Steam it 20min over boiling water or in the double boiling system.
  5. Remove from heat.cool it and refrigerate it 15 min.
  6. Unmould it & decorate it with caramelized nuts and cherries.
