The ingredients needed to make Sweet & Sour Pork:
  1. Take 200 grams Pork Loin
  2. Make ready 1/2 Pineapple
  3. Prepare 1/2 Onion
  4. Make ready 1/2 each Red & Green Capsicum
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  6. Take 1 Tapioca starch
  7. Make ready 2 tsp Salt
  8. Prepare pinch Pepper
  9. Get 2 tbsp White Venigar
  10. Prepare 5 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  11. Prepare 1 cup Water
  12. Make ready 1 Cooking Oil for Deep Fried & Stir Fried
  13. Prepare 1 Egg
  14. Make ready 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

Instructions to make Sweet & Sour Pork:
  1. Cut the pineapple into half. Discard the centre of the pineapple. Cut the contents of the pineapple & keep the juice to be use later.
  2. Cut the onion & capsicum into pieces. Cut the pork into cubes.
  3. Whisk the egg. Marinate the pork with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, a pinch pepper & pour half of the egg.
  4. Prepare the souce with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 2 tablespoon of white vinegar, 5 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce & 1 cup of water.
  5. Cover the pork with tapioca starch & deep fried until light golden brown.
  6. Heat up 2 tablespoon of cooking oil. Fried the onion & add capsicum and pineapple cube.
  7. Pour in the sauce and bring it to boil. Add in the pork, cook & simmer until the sauce is thickening.
  8. Use the pineapple skin to display the dish.
