  8. Get 2 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
  9. Prepare 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  10. Take 1 Tbsp Sugar
  11. Take 2 Tbsp Sweet Dark Soy (or Light Soy)
  12. Prepare Starch Solution;
  13. Prepare 1 tsp Corn Flour
  14. Prepare 1/3 cup Water
  15. Get Frying;
  16. Make ready 1/2 cup Cooking Oil (Shallow Frying)
  17. Take 30 g Shallots (finely chopped)
  18. Take 10 g Garlic (finely chopped)
  19. Prepare 10 g Ginger (finely chopped)
  20. Take 50 g Cucumber (diced)
  21. Get 50 g Tomato (diced)
