  5. Take 250 grams chicken breast
  6. Take 5 clove garlic (chopped)
  7. Prepare 7 clove shallot (cut into pieces)
  8. Take 2 bayleaf
  9. Take 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  10. Get 1 tsp pepper
  11. Take 7 tbsp Black Soyben sauce
  12. Take 2 pinch salt
  13. Get 5 tbsp water
  14. Take 1 pinch nutmeg powder
  15. Prepare 3 boiled eggs
  16. Take 500 grams beef (minced)
  17. Take 100 grams chicken (minced)
  18. Get 3 eggs white
  19. Prepare 50 cold water

  21. Prepare 2 tsp garlic powder
  22. Take 1 tsp pepper powder

  1. Meatball : mix all ingredients until mix well and chill the dough in one hour. shape it into a balls and boil it until perfectly cook. set a side.
  2. Black Soyben Chicken Sauce : saute the garlic and shallot, put in the bayleaf, until have a good smell, pour in the black Soyben sauce 5 tablespoon of water wait until boiled perfectly and put in the cube chicken breast. put in the salt, pepper , and nurmeg powder. (don't forget to taste it). put in the boiled eggs and wait until perfectly cook and have a black colour.
  3. boil you fav noodles and set it into 3 bowl do the same things with chinese spinach. put in the fresh tomato, one small ladle your black Soyben chicken sauce + egg and some meatballs on the top of your noodles, and pour in one medium ladle of boiled water (you can put in more your fav seasoning (salt n pepper)
  4. ready to serve. you can add crushed cayanne to get spicy taste and tomato sauce for yummy taste.
