The ingredients needed to make Cilok Jengkang:
  1. Take 150 gr Tapioca (“Aci”)
  2. Prepare 150 gr Flour
  3. Get 1 tsp dried shrimp
  4. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  5. Get 2 garlic cloves
  6. Prepare 4 onions
  7. Get 10 tsp green peppers paste

Cilok (Sundanese script: ᮎᮤᮜᮧᮊ᮪) is an Indonesian ball-shaped dumpling made from aci (tapioca starch), a Sundanese snack originated from West Java, Indonesia. Steps to make Cilok Jengkang:
  1. Boil water until boiling.
  2. Mix tapioca with flour and spices + salt, after well mixed, put warm water, stirring until smooth.
  3. Make small dots of batter, then enter this into the boiling water, do it until the dough is finished. Then let all cilok floating, up to 10 minutes later, and lift, set aside.
  4. After that, enter cilok into green chilli paste.
  5. Eat it, and jengkang.. !!
