  3. Make ready 300 g Water
  4. Take 50 g Tapioca Flour

Instructions to make Tapioca Cake - Mum's recipe:
  1. Take 100g of water to blend with Panda leaves and obtain the pandan Juice
  2. Take 50g of water to cook with Gula Melaka
  3. Add the pandan juice, gula melaka liquid and top up water till you get 300g
