  2. Prepare 200 grams Spaghetti
  3. Take 2 pieces Shiitake mushrooms
  4. Get 1/2 bunch Shimeji mushrooms
  5. Prepare 4 slice Bacon
  6. Take 1 Shredded nori seaweed
  7. Make ready Seasoning ingredients:
  8. Get 1 tbsp ☆ Margarine
  9. Take 2 tbsp ☆ Soy sauce
  10. Take 1 tbsp ☆ Sake
  11. Get 1 tsp ☆ Dashi stock granules
  12. Get 300 ml ☆ Water

Instructions to make Japanese-Style Mushroom Soup Pasta:
  1. In a pot, boil enough water to cook the spaghetti and add a little salt.
  2. Prepare the ingredients while the water is heating up. Shiitake mushroom: slice the stem and julienne. Shimeji mushroom: cut the stem and shred. Bacon: slice into 2 cm strips.
  3. After the water has boiled, cook the spaghetti. Stir continuously for 1 minute to start with.
  4. Here's the tip! After a minute, cover the pot and remove from the stove. Let sit for 30 seconds less than the package instructions (so 6 minutes 30 seconds if instructed for 7 minutes).
  5. Meanwhile, make the sauce while you wait for the spaghetti. Put the ☆ ingredients, shiitake, shimeji, and bacon into a deep frying pan and bring it to a simmer.
  6. Add the spaghetti into the frying pan from Step 5 and mix. Dish it up, scatter some shredded nori seaweed and done!
