  3. Prepare 30 grams Cheese
  4. Take 1 tbsp ◎ Sugar
  5. Take 1 tbsp ◎ Mirin
  6. Get 2 tbsp ◎ Soy sauce
  7. Get 1 tbsp Sake
  8. Prepare 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  10. Take 1 Flour

  1. Lay the thinly sliced pork so that the sides of the meat overlap. Break up the shiitake mushrooms into 4. Cut the cheese into 4 slices as well. Mix all the ◎ ingredients.
