The ingredients needed to make Stir-fried Shirataki and Enoki Mushrooms:
  1. Take 1 packet Shirataki (konnyaku noodles)
  2. Get 1 packet Enoki mushrooms
  3. Get 1 tsp ★Hon-dashi stock granules
  4. Prepare 1 ★ Umami seasoning
  5. Prepare 2 tsp ★Sugar
  6. Make ready 2 to 3 tablespoons ★Soy sauce
  7. Prepare 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  8. Take 1 Salt (for rubbing)

Instructions to make Stir-fried Shirataki and Enoki Mushrooms:
  1. Take out the shirataki from the packet and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the stem of the enoki mushroom and cut in half.
  3. Drain the shirataki from Step 1. Rub with salt, then rinse with water. *Make sure to drain the water well.
  4. Cook the shirataki from Step 3 in a pot. *Do not add oil.
  5. When the water is reduced, add vegetable oil. Add the enoki mushrooms from Step 2 and stir fry.
  6. Add the ★ seasonings and continue to stir fry. Don't worry too much about the moisture that's left over.
  7. I tried adding the popular spicy sesame oil from Momoya after Step 6 and it tasted delicious. The crispiness of the garlic was gone, but it was still good.
