  2. Take Bread crumb / panko as needed (forget to weigh it, about 2 cup)
  3. Take oil for deep frying
  4. Take Wet coating ingredients:
  5. Prepare 75 gr all purpose flour
  6. Get 30 gr cornstarch
  7. Take 1/2 tsp salt
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp baking powder
  10. Get to taste ground black pepper
  11. Take 180 ml water

Instructions to make Crispy Mushroom:
  1. Use a clean dish towel to wipe the mushrooms clean. Halved or quartered the mushroom if they are big.
  2. Mix well all the ingredients for wet coating.
  3. Heat about 2 inches of oil in a large pot (about 350°F).
  4. Dip each mushroom in the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Coat each mushroom in bread crumbs.
  6. Add mushrooms to the hot oil. Allow the mushrooms to cook until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Transfer mushrooms from the oil to a paper towel lined plate. Allow the mushrooms to cool for a few minutes before serving with ranch dressing.
