The ingredients needed to make Deep fried Shiitake:
  1. Prepare 12 shiitake mushroom,cut off stems
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup flour
  3. Make ready 1 tsp each ,salt and pepper to taste
  4. Make ready 1 tsp chopped parsley or more as needed
  5. Make ready 1 vegetable oil to fry,enough to cover mushroom
  6. Get 1 bottle of cold soda water,use just as you need ,not all

  1. Mix flour,salt,pepper,parsley in mixing bowl,slowly add cold soda water JUST LITTLE AT TIME ,stir to check consistensy ,not too thin or thick..
  2. Dip mushroom into batter,deep fry in vegetable oil on medium heat until flour turn golden and crispy,serve with sweet Thai Chilli sauce :)
