The ingredients needed to make Hamburger Mushroom Bake:
  1. Make ready 1 lb lean ground beef
  2. Prepare 4 garlic cloves minced
  3. Prepare Pinch salt
  4. Take 1/2 tsp black pepper
  5. Prepare 8 oz cream cheese
  6. Take 2 eggs
  7. Take 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  8. Take 1 medium yellow onion
  9. Make ready 1 tsp ground mustard
  10. Make ready 2 tbsp butter
  11. Make ready 1 lb mushroom or 1 4oz canned mushrooms
  12. Take 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  13. Take 1 tsp dried parsley
  14. Take 1/4 tsp black pepper
  15. Take 3 slices cooked, crisp, chopped bacon
  16. Prepare 1 cup grated motzerella cheese

Steps to make Hamburger Mushroom Bake:
  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In large frying pan, over medium heat, brown ground beef with garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl add cream cheese put in microwave and cook until very soft. Add in 2 eggs and stir until we combined. Pour over ground beef and stir to combine. Stir in white onions. Pour into a 2 qt casserole dish and press down.
  4. In frying pan melt butter over heat, cook mushrooms until soft and brown. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, parsley and black pepper and ground mustard. Place on top of the hamburger mixture. Scatter bacon bits over the casserole. Sprinkle the top grated motzerella cheese. Bake about 25 minutes.
