  1. Get 6 Shiitake mushrooms
  2. Make ready 1 don't throw them away Shiitake mushroom stems
  3. Make ready Ground meat
  4. Prepare 150 grams Ground chicken
  5. Take 1 piece Ginger
  6. Make ready 1 tsp Sake
  7. Take 1 tsp Soy sauce
  8. Get 1 tbsp Katakuriko
  9. Make ready 1 Mayonnaise (hidden flavor & adhesive)
  10. Prepare 1 Plain flour

Instructions to make Ground Chicken Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms:
