  1. Make ready 250 g Pork
  2. Get 10-12 Shiitake Mushrooms
  3. Prepare Green onions
  4. Take 1 tbsp Garlic
  5. Get 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
  6. Make ready 2 tsp Sesame oil
  7. Get Pinch White ground pepper

Instructions to make Shiitake Mushroom & Pork Stir-fry:
  1. Slice pork, shiitake mushrooms & finely chop the green onions
  2. Marinate sliced pork in 1 tsp of sesame Oil and ground pepper
  3. Mix light soy sauce and garlic in a bowl
  4. Heat remaining sesame oil in a pan and stir fry the marinated sliced pork
  5. Add in sliced shiitake mushrooms onced the sliced pork are around 70% cooked
  6. Stir fry for 2 minutes on medium heat and add in the garlic soy sauce mixture
  7. Add in finely chopped green onions, stir fry for another 3 minutes and serve
