Steps to make Stuffed squids:
  1. Clean the squids. Remove the head and the insides. Clean with water. Remove the skins and separate the tentacles from the insides.
  2. Cut the tentacles and the wings. Cook in a pan with garlic and olive oil. Add the white wine
  3. Remove the garlic and add the breadcrumbs (after softening with water and squeeze it), the salt.
  4. Remove the mix, put it in a bowl and add the egg and the cheese. Mix it. If too liquid, add more bread. Add the capers, the olives and the small tomatoes, cut.
  5. Stuff the squids, close them with a tooth pick, warm some oil in a pan and cook them for 10 min
  6. After 10 min, you could add some other tomatoes in the pot and cook for 20 min. You would have the squids with tomatoes sauce
