Instructions to make Sweet and Sour Pork in 10 minutes:
  1. Cut the green peppers and onion into 2 cm cubes. Prepare a chopping board by covering in plastic wrap to make it easy to roll up the ingredients later.
  2. Sprinkle the flour on the plastic covering the chopping board, place the meat one by one.
  3. Overlap the center of each side.
  4. And wrap the meat. The flour works as glue. Cut the meat in suitable sizes, and do the same with the remaining meat.
  5. Put the wrapped edge down and push a bit.
  6. If you do not use thinly sliced pork, or roll them up, then coat the pork with flour.
  7. Heat a pan with oil. Cook the meat both sides for 1 or 2 minutes each in low to medium heat.
  8. Add the chopped vegetables, stir-fry in medium heat.
  9. When the vegetables cook well, add ketchup, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar to marinate all well.
  10. Cook for about 1 or 2 minutes to evaporate the water. It's done.
