  5. Get 1/4 Onion
  6. Prepare 50 ml Soy sauce
  7. Prepare 50 ml Sake
  8. Prepare 20 ml Water
  9. Take 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  10. Take 1 Ginger (2 x 2 cm piece)

Steps to make Pork Shogayaki (Ginger Fried Pork):
  1. Make sauce. Grate the apple, ginger and onion. Add soy sauce, sake and water.
