  2. Take 200-250 g Pork *thinly sliced
  3. Make ready Salt
  4. Take 1 Onion *thinly sliced
  5. Prepare 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
  6. Get 1 handful Baby Spinach
  7. Make ready Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix) *optional
  8. Get <Sauce Ingredients>
  9. Prepare 1 small piece Ginger *grated
  10. Take 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  11. Get 2 tablespoons Mirin

Instructions to make Ginger Pork Spaghetti:
  1. Start cooking Spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the instruction.
  2. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Slice Pork thinly (thinner is better) and lightly season with Salt. Prepare all vegetables.
  3. Heat Oil in a frying pan over medium high heat, cook thinly sliced Pork and Onion. When Pork and Onion are cooked, add the sauce and Baby Spinach. Add cooked Spaghetti, with some liquid as well, and combine well.
  4. Sprinkle with Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix) if you like it and enjoy.
