The ingredients needed to make Caramelised Pork:
  1. Make ready 6 tbsp icing sugar
  2. Make ready 2 pork loin chops
  3. Get 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  4. Get 1 garlic cloves peeled and crushed
  5. Get 1 tsp fresh ginger peeled and crushed
  6. Prepare 1/2 (half) onion thinly sliced
  7. Get 1 tbsp olive oil
  8. Take 70 ml water
  9. Prepare 5 g corn starch
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions to make Caramelised Pork:
  1. Chop the pork into bite size pieces and marinade in the Hoisin and soy sauce for atleast 30mins
  2. Sprinkle the sugar into the pan and cook until caramelised.
  3. Add the pork, marinade, garlic, ginger and onions and stir
  4. Add the oil, water and cornstarch and cook for 15mins stirring all the time
  5. Serve….. I served mine with a portion of noodles
