Instructions to make Shredded pork loin:
  1. Put onions and garlic and pepper's in pot with 2table spoons of olive oil saute until onion is clear
  2. Add tomatillo to pot. I added beer but water can be used. Boil till tender then place tomatillo in blender with about 1/4 of onion and pepper blend
  3. Place the pork loin in center take and spoon diced tomatoes on each side pour in the remaining ingredients evenly on each side
  4. Place setting on high for about 6 hours when loin falls apart the smell will overwhelm you and let you know it's done
