The ingredients needed to make Pork and Julienne Potato Stir Fry:
  1. Prepare 3 large Potatoes
  2. Get 150 grams Thinly sliced pork
  3. Prepare 1 Salt and pepper
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp Sake
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Katakuriko
  6. Make ready ★ Sauce
  7. Make ready 1 tsp Sake
  8. Take 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  9. Take 1 tsp Sugar

Stir fry pork until semi-cooked, breaking the meat to smaller bits with your spatula while doing so. Stir-fry pork in hot oil over high heat until no longer pink. Add sweet potatoes and toss until they begin to soften. Add peppers, snow peas, garlic, and gingerroot and continue stir-frying until peppers are crisp-tender.

  1. Chop the pork into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper, sake and katakuriko.
  2. Slice the potatoes into fine strips and soak in water.
  3. Heat a frying pan with sesame oil, and cook the pork.
  4. Add the sliced potatoes and keep cooking. Add the sauce once the potatoes are cooked, mix everything together. It's done!
