  3. Take 1 Salt, black pepper

  5. Prepare 2 tbsp *Red wine
  6. Get 1 tbsp *Soy sauce
  7. Take 1 tsp *Honey
  8. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp *Garlic (finely minced)

I serve them with Japanese rice or on top of a bed of veggies and potatoes. Season pork steaks generously with salt and rub all over with spice mixture.   2. Tenderize the meat while flattening it out.
  3. Using a tea strainer, lightly coat in flour.
