Steps to make Sugarfree Oats-Almond Cookies:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree celcius
  2. Combine oats, coconut, almonds, amaranth seeds, flour and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Mix well
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan
  4. Add honey to the dry ingredients and mix roughly
  5. Add butter gradually to make a sticky and thick dough
  6. Scoop equal amount /Golf ball sized portions of the dough and align on baking tray keeping 2 fingers distance between them
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done
  8. Store airtight
