  4. Take 3/4 cup jaggery

  6. Prepare 4 tbsp milk
  7. Get 2 tbsp almond slices
  8. Prepare 1 tsp cardamon powder
  9. Get 1 tsp baking powder

I have used Whole Wheat Flour and Organic Jaggery Powder for this recipe. Before using the dry ingredients, I sifted them separately. In a bowl take flour, jaggery powder, salt, and baking powder and mix all the dry ingredients. Add clarified butter to the dry ingredients.

  2. Now in a mixing bowl sieve wheat flour. Add coconut powder, suji, baking powder, almond slices and cardamom powder.
  3. Add melted mixture and make a soft dough.
  4. Now make small balls and flattern them in shape of cookies.
  5. Make lines with a knife or fork on the cookies.
