Steps to make Wheat. Flour. Almond cookies:
  1. Coarsely grind the almonds. Keep aside.
  2. Dry ingredients: In a bowl combine wheat flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
  3. Wet ingredients: In another bowl. Add melted butter and sugar. Mix properly till the sugar dissolves. Keep aside.
  4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Knead a dough. Not so smooth and not so stiff. From the dough make a lemon size balls. Apply oil in the tray. Place the cookies on the tray. Once it is done. Keep aside.
  5. Preheat Otg 180 the C for 5 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes. Once it is done.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with almonds slices. Ready to serve with tea.
