  4. Get 2 Egg

  6. Take 400 ml Water
  7. Make ready 1 tsp Powdered dashi (soup stock)
  8. Take 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  9. Get 1 tbsp Mirin
  10. Get 1 tsp Instant coffee granules
  11. Get 1 add as much (to taste) Green peas (optional)

Steps to make Speedy Curry Bowl:
  1. Thinly slice the onions (width is about 5 mm).
  2. Cut the meat into 1 inch length. (This time pork was used)
  3. Heat the vegetable oil and sauté the meat. Next, add in the onions. When the onions are soft, add the water.
  4. Skim the fat on the surface. Add the powdered soup stock, soy sauce and mirin. Simmer for 10 minutes.
