The ingredients needed to make Okara Dry Curry:
  1. Make ready 100 grams Fresh okara
  2. Get 1/2 Onions (finely chopped)
  3. Take 1/2 Carrot (finely chopped)
  4. Take 1 dash Salt
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp + Ketchup
  6. Get 1 tsp + Soy sauce
  7. Get 2 blocks Japanese-style curry roux (store-bought)
  8. Make ready 200 ml Water

Instructions to make Okara Dry Curry:
  1. Heat vegetable oil (not listed) in a skillet and sauté the chopped onion and carrots. Sprinkle on some salt and sauté the vegetable over low heat to bring out their flavor.
