  6. Prepare 4 to 5 tablespoons Plain flour
  7. Prepare 350 ml Water
  8. Prepare 450 ml Milk
  9. Get 2 Soup stock cubes
  10. Take 1 Salt and pepper
  11. Get 2 tbsp Soy sauce
