  2. Take 1 block Tofu (I use silken)
  3. Take 1 pack Natto (I use crushed natto)
  4. Take 1 Ponzu
  5. Make ready 1 Bonito flakes / white sesame seeds

Steps to make Refreshing Ramps and Natto Shira-ae:
  1. Prepare the ramps. For details, see. - - https://cookpad.com/us/recipes/144694-how-to-prepare-and-enjoy-ramps
  2. Boil the prepared ramps in salt water for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Drain them in a sieve, and quickly rinse them under running water. (Don't soak them, just rinse.)
  4. Squeeze out the water, and roughly cut into 2 cm pieces.
  5. Put the drained tofu, natto, ramps, bonito flakes, sesame seeds and ponzu in a bowl, and mix roughly with a spoon to finish.
