  1. Get 1 goya
  2. Prepare 2 eggs
  3. Make ready 300 g sliced porks
  4. Take 1 handful bonito flakes
  5. Take 200 g tofu
  6. Make ready sesame oil
  7. Make ready salt and pepper
  8. Make ready soy sauce

Instructions to make Goya Chanpuru:
  1. Slice the pork into 4cm, goya into 1cm, tofu into a bite size
  2. Stir-fry the meat with one tsp of sesame oil
  3. When the meat is well cooked, add the tofu and goya into the pan and fry together for 3 minutes
  4. When the tofu start to get a little charcoal, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put the beaten egg and the bonito flakes into the pan, and pour soy sauce evenly from the edge of the pan.
