  4. Make ready 1/2 packet ●Bonito flakes (small packet)
  5. Take 1/2 tsp ●Salt
  6. Take 2 tsp ●Soy sauce
  7. Get 1 ●Ra-yu
  8. Prepare 1 ●Sesame oil
  9. Take 1 Ground sesame seeds

  1. Microwave the tofu for 3-4 minutes, pat dry the moisture with a paper towel, and crumble.
  2. Tear the shimeji mushrooms into small clumps and cut the garlic chives into 3 cm long pieces. Place the shimeji in a large heat-proof bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Add the garlic chives and heat for another minute.
  3. Add the tofu and all of the ● ingredients into Step 2 and combine well. Sprinkle with ground sesame seeds to finish.
