Instructions to make Simple Okonomiyaki:
  1. Combine cabbage, salt, oil well in a bowl, after mixed, add beaten egg and stir once. Cook it over low heat in a pan for about 2~3 mins with a lid. (adjust the hardness of the eggs to you taste)
