  1. Siapkan bahan bahan
  2. Panaskan cetakan takoyaki
  3. Campurakan telur, tepung mix takoyaki dengan 250cc air. Kocok sampe rata, masukan kedalam botol, agar lebih mudah menuangnya
  4. Olesi cetakan dengan minyak ataw margarin Tuang adonan sampai rata, masukan bahan isian Aku pake sosis yg sudah direbus dan keju mozarella Diamkan sampai pinggir agak kecoklatan Balik 90°, bila ada bolong tuang adonan sedikit, Lanjut balik lagi 90°sampai tertutup dan berbentuk bulat
  5. Masak sampe matang sesuai selera, bolak balik klo perlu Bisma suka sampe golden brown biar kriuk kriuk kata nya
  6. Angkat, dan sajikan dengan toping saos takoyaki, mayones, katsuboushi dan saos sambal
