  2. Take 1/2 bag Your choice of mushrooms (I used white beech mushrooms)
  3. Prepare 2 tsp Shiro-dashi
  4. Take 1 dab Wasabi
  5. Make ready For bento:
  6. Get 1 Ground sesame seeds
  7. Make ready 1 pinch to sprinkle as a bed Bonito flakes

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onion and garlic in the oil until they start to become tender.
