  3. Take 6 g dried bonito flakes
  4. Make ready 2 tablespoon sesame
  5. Make ready 1 teaspoon Dashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  6. Make ready 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  7. Take Cooked rice

Instructions to make Japanese Daikon Rice and Onigiri (Rice Ball):
  1. Remove the big leaves of the stalk
  2. Cut finely
  3. Bonito flakes and young dried sardines
  4. Sesame oil on pan and fry Daikon stalks first
  5. Fry well for about 5 minutes and then put sardines and bonito flakes. Season with Dashi powder.
  6. And put sesame
  7. Mix cooked rice with Daikon stalks fry. And garnish with sesame
