Steps to make Pan-Fried Rice Balls Made with Soy Sauce Seasoned Bonito Flakes!:
  1. Prepare the measured ingredients.
  2. Add the dashi stock, soy sauce, and white sesame seeds to the bonito flakes. Mix together well.
  3. Add the mixture from Step 2 into the cooked rice.
  4. Shape the rice balls. I am using a mould to do this.
  5. Place a suitable amount of sesame oil into a pan and fry the rice balls on both sides.
  6. When they have browned, drizzle both sides with a bit of soy sauce.
  7. Turn to check that both sides have developed a delicious golden brown colour, and it's done!
