  1. Prepare 3~4 green peppers (seed and cut into 4~6 equal parts)
  2. Prepare 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  3. Prepare Sauce: (*mix in advance)
  4. Get 1 Tbsp * sake
  5. Prepare 1 Tbsp * mirin
  6. Take 1/2 Tbsp * soy sauce
  7. Take 2 Tbsp * dashi (water + dashi powder is also OK)
  8. Get dried bonito flakes for topping

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, cook green pepper until it becomes lightly brown.
