The ingredients needed to make Okonomi Yaki:
  1. Prepare 480 grams Cabbage
  2. Get 400 grams Sliced Pork Berry
  3. Take 8 tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
  4. Take <Dough >
  5. Prepare 110 grams Flour
  6. Make ready 80 grams Chinese Yam
  7. Get 130 ml Hot Water
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp Japanese Soup Stock
  9. Get 4 pieces Eggs
  10. Take 8 tbsp Fried Ball (Deep fried dough)
  11. Make ready <Seasoning>
  12. Get As needed Okonomiyaki Sauce
  13. Make ready As needed Mayonnaise
  14. Take As needed Bonito flakes
  15. Prepare As needed Aosa seaweed

Steps to make Okonomi Yaki:
  1. Cut the cabbage 1 cm square size. Chop the spring onion.
  2. Make the dough. Granted the Chinese yam. Put all dough ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Take one quarter each of the vegetables & dough to another bowl. Mix the vegetables & dough well by a spoon.
  4. Pour the dough into an oiled pan. Then cover the surface of the dough with a slice of pork belly.
  5. Adjust the shape to a round shape with a flyback. Bake for 4 minutes.
  6. Turn over after 4 minutes and bake for another 4 minutes. After that, turn over again and bake for another 3 minutes. Do the same for the remaining 3 servings.
  7. Place on a plate, sprinkle with Okonomiyaki sauce, Mayonnaise, Bonito flakes, and Aosa seaweed.
