  1. Make ready 250 gm bhindi(ladyfinger)
  2. Make ready 2 Onion small sized
  3. Prepare 3 Tomato medium sized
  4. Take 2 Green chilli
  5. Get 1 inch Ginger
  6. Take 4-5 Garlic cloves
  7. Take 2 Dry red chilli small sized
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp haldi(Turmeric) powder
  10. Get 2 tsp Dhaniya ( Coriander)powder
  11. Take To taste Salt
  12. Get 1 tsp besan/gram flour
  13. Prepare 4 tbsp Oil
  14. Get 1/2 tsp Jeera ( cumin ) seeds
  15. Take 1 Badi Elaichi ( black Cardamom)
  16. Take 1 tsp Kasturi methi

Steps to make Restaurant Style Bhindi Do Payza:
  1. Make a slit between bhindi.
  2. Cut in to 2 small size onion in to 4 pieces and remove petals. Cut medium size onion in to finely chopped.
  3. Take a jar and add 2 tomato,2 green chill, garlic & ginger (chopped) make paste.
  4. Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil. Now add bhindi,¼ tsp salt,5 pinch haldi and ¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder. & Fry 4 min. Now add onion and fry 2 min.
  5. Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil. Now add jeera & black cardamom.now add chopped onion and fry till light golden colour. Now add 1 tsp besan and mix well.
  6. Now add salt, red chilli, dhaniya powder, haldi powder and garam masala mix well.
  7. Now add tomato puree & mix well. Now add ½ cup water and cover & cook 5 to 7 min. after 7 min now add kasuri methi and bhindi & mix well
  8. Cover and cook 2 min. Now add 1 Diceed tomato with on seeds. Cover and cook again 2 min.
  9. Serve with paratha.
