  2. Then heat the pan add oil fry the onion in medium flame till golden brown it will take 10-12 min

  5. Then add fried onion, malai, Fenugreek leaves, sugar mix it well then add 1/4 cup water Cook for 4-5 min in medium flame till water get dry
  6. Then Garnish with coriander leaves and some fried onion
  7. Serve with missi roti,multi naan
