Instructions to make Restaurant Style Aalo Karahi Recipe:
  1. First of all peel off potatoes and cut in round shapes. Also cut tomatoes and onions and put aside.
  2. In a pan take oil and fry potatoes. When it's color change and fry properly. Take it out and keep in plate aside.
  3. Now from the pan remove excess oil. Add Star anaise, cinnamon, black pepper and fry it a minute.
  4. Then add onion and when it change it's color add ginger garlic paste and cook a minute.
  5. Now add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Then add karahi & garam masala and all spices. Mix it well and cook for 4 minutes.
  6. Now add water, cook for 2 minutes then add fry potatoes. Mix it and cover it for 3 minutes.
  7. Remove the cover and let dry water. Then turn off the flame.
  8. Transfer to plate, Garnish with green chillies and fresh coriander leaves. Now Yummy aalo Karahi is ready to serve πŸ˜‹.
