  1. Cut the bhindi and cut in two pieces and remove it's seeds.
  2. In a bowl mix all the mentioned ingredients.
  3. Mix it with little water. Keep aside for few mins.
  4. In a Kadhai heat oil and then fry the bhindi till brown.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and chaat masala.
