  4. Now take a chopper add half mince (after strain it very well) Chopperise very well
  5. Now add remaining mince and all veggies blend it
  6. Now add all mince in a big utensils like (parat) or pateela
  7. Add all spices
  8. Add garam masala and backing sooda and oil
  9. Mix it very well until combined all ingredients
  10. Keep in fridge for 2h maximum
  11. After 2h take it out take a seekh,dip your hand in cold water and make kabab
  12. Mean while Put pan on stove add oil heat it and cook it on low flame
