  2. Take Onion - 1/2 cut in cube
  3. Take 200 gram- paneer/Cottage cheese
  4. Take For gravy

  6. Make ready 1 tsp Cumin seed
  7. Get Bay leaf -1, clove-2, cinnamon stick, cardamom- 2, few cashews
  8. Get Onion - 1 big pc, tomato - 2 big pc, ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  9. Make ready 2 Red chilli whole -
  10. Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder-
  11. Get tbsp Kashmiri mirch -1/2

  1. Take a paneer in bowl,sprinkle salt,red chilli powder, and squeeze lemon..keep aside
  2. Take a pan…heat butter and little oil..
  3. Add cumin, clove, cardamom, black pepper,hing
  4. Add onion until golden fry, ginger garlic paste, tomato and water half cup and salt
  5. Cover it in low med flame untill mixture soft and let it cool
  6. Grind the paste and stain it
  7. Take a pain,heat 1 tbsp oil, add stain paste,corinader powder, turmeric, kitchen king masala and cream..mix it
  8. Add capsicum,onion and paneer… Cover it and give a boil
  9. Garnish it with cream and coriander leave.. serve hott with naan or paratha
