The ingredients needed to make Restaurant style chilli Paneer:
  1. Make ready 500 gms paneer
  2. Make ready 1 tsp soya sauce
  3. Get 1 tsp chilli sauce
  4. Prepare 1 tsp corn flour
  5. Prepare 1 tsp maida
  6. Make ready 1/4 tsp vinegar
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
  8. Get 1 tsp chopped ginger
  9. Prepare 1 tsp chopped garlic
  10. Take 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  11. Take 1/4 tsp chopped spring onion
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup shredded capsicum
  13. Get As required Oil
  14. Take As per taste Salt
  15. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions to make Restaurant style chilli Paneer:
  1. In a mixing bowl add 1 tsp cornflour, 1 tsp maida, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, little water and make a paste.
  2. Now marinate the paneer cubes with this mixture and keep for 10 mins.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry this marinated paneer cubes on a medium flame till golden brown and transfer to the kitchen absorbent paper.
  4. In the same oil add chopped ginger and garlic, sauté along with chopped green chilli.
  5. Now add chopped spring, onion along with chopped capsicum and stir fry.
  6. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce and little water and cook for a min.
  7. In a mixing bowl add 1 tsp corn flour, little water and make a paste. Add this paste to the gravy and stir.
  8. When the gravy starts to thickens add fried paneer cubes and coat with the masala. Cook for 3 to 4 mins.
  9. Add vinegar and salt and stir and off the gas burner. Garnish chilli paneer restaurant style with chopped spring onion.
