  1. Boil peas
  2. Heat refined oil add whole spice(long, badi elaichi)add ginger garlic paste and onion paste saute little…until golden
  3. Add. Tomato puree or tomato paste made from 2 tomatoes and green chillies.
  4. Add spices and salt and cook the paste
  5. Add peas and fry in masala
  6. Fry paneer pieces.
  7. Pressure cook peas till one whistle.open.. add paneer pieces, boil a little
  8. Garnish with coriander and serve with roti or parantha😋
